Introduction to DC 48V 1500W Switching Power Supply

The main function of our 1500W 48V switching power supply is to efficiently convert the input AC mains power (usually 110V/220V) into a stable 48V DC voltage, and provide a maximum power output of 1500 watts.

It can provide power support for equipment that requires a 48V DC power supply and has a high power demand, such as industrial automation equipment, high-power LED lighting systems, specific power tools, or high-power experimental devices in laboratories, ensuring that these devices can obtain stable and sufficient DC power to ensure their normal operation.

Working principle

The core of a switching power supply is to achieve energy conversion by controlling the on/off of the switching transistor. Firstly, the input AC voltage is converted into an unstable DC voltage through a rectifier circuit (usually a rectifier bridge composed of diodes). Then, this DC voltage is sent to the switch circuit in front of the high-frequency transformer. The switch tube quickly conducts and shuts off at a certain frequency (usually high frequency, which can reduce the volume of the transformer and other components), turning the DC voltage into a high-frequency pulse voltage. Next, the high-frequency pulse voltage is transformed through a high-frequency transformer to adjust the voltage to an appropriate level. Afterwards, after rectification (converting high-frequency pulse voltage back to DC) and filtering circuit, a stable 48V DC voltage is finally output. Throughout the process, there will also be feedback control circuits that monitor the output voltage in real-time. Once the output voltage deviates from 48V, the on-off time of the switch will be adjusted to ensure the stability of the output voltage. At the same time, the output power can be automatically adjusted according to changes in the load to ensure that the equipment can obtain a continuous and stable power supply.
